INSTRUCTIONS
1. Season passes are set up as memberships in Club Caddie, therefore only one transaction can be on an account. If you would like to purchase multiple passes, a new account will need to be made per transaction.
2. If you want to add night skiing to a family pass, that can be done at the lodge at any time during the season. The Add-On Night Skiing pass does not increase in price after December 1st.
3. Please save your season pass receipt email or print the receipt. This will be required when picking up your season pass at the Skier Service desk.
4. To save time, print and fill out your waiver form before you arrive! A waiver needs to be completed each year for each season pass holder. Bring your completed form to the Skier Service desk with your receipt when you pick up your pass.
NOTE: If a transaction does not work an error message will occur. If a transaction is successful, there will be no pop up message and a receipt will be delivered to your email.
BANK OR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS WILL SHOW A CHARGE BY CLUB CADDIE/CASPER MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PURCHASED YOUR SEASON PASS
WE ARE AWARE OF TECHNICAL ISSUES FOR CLUB CADDIE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE A PASS ONLINE, STAFF IS AVAILABLE FOR IN PERSON SALES AT THE LODGE AND OVER THE PHONE 7-3:30PM TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH, AND FRIDAY 7-3:30PM, DECEMBER 1ST.
Pre Season pricing will end at midnight December 1st, 2023.
